The Public Works Department of the City of Wolf Point is a major function of the government which provides those services necessary to achieve a satisfactory living environment for the community and individual. It is responsible for the overall supervision, control, budgeting, and coordination of programs in the streets, cemetery, parks, airport, and the Enterprise funds, which include water, sewer and solid waste.
This department employs approximately 11 full-time employees and 2 part time employees in a variety of areas, but it is not uncommon for these individuals to cross over into another area to provide assistance due to the city’s small employment.
